This refund and reschedule policy applies to parties of 2 or less.
Parties of 3 or more require a minimum of one week's notice to receive a refund or reschedule.
Reschedule or Transfer:
Reservations can be put on hold for a later date or transfered to another class if notification is received 24 hours prior to the class start time.
Refund or store credit will be given for individuals canceling with at least 24 hours notice. "No shows" will not be issued store credit or refunds.
Loss of Payment:
If no notification of cancellation occurs or if notification occurs less than 24 hours prior to class start time.
Painting Above the Bar's cancellation policy is as follows:
• A full refund can occur if notification of cancellation occurs at least 24 hours before class start.
You can also have the option to put the reservation on hold for a later date or transfer the reservation to another class.
• The reservation can be put on hold or transferred to another class if notification is received at least 24 hours before class start.
• Loss of payment will occur if no notification of cancellation occurs or if notification occurs less than 24 hours prior to class start.

Private Parties - Girls' Night Out - Birthdays - Bridal Showers - Corporate Events - Team Building Events:
Private Parties can be held seven days a week based on availability. There is a guaranteed minimum of 10 painters. These classes can be 2 or 3 hour sessions and cost $300.00 for up to 10 guest with $25.00 for each additional guest up to 30 people total. A deposit of $150 is required to reserve a private party.
We have ample space for wine, and tables to display cakes/desserts or your specialty snack items!
Your masterpiece for the evening can be selected from any work we've previously painted or we can work with you to develop a new painting specifically for your party. We provide the canvas, easel, brushes, paints, apron, plates, and napkins. All you need to bring are any drinks and/or appetizers you may want for the party. We also offer complimentary cups for wine, ice bin and corkscrews.
Kid's parties can be booked for kids ages 6 through 12. The price is $200.00 for up-to 10 children and $15 for each additional child up to 20 children. Your child can select from our extensive library of kid friendly paintings for their special day, and we'll handle the rest. We have space for you to bring in your own food, cake and other goodies. We ask for a minimum number of painters to be 10. A deposit of $150 is required to reserve your room.
